Why should I use Skifriendfinder?

Because making friends is fun. Hitting the slopes with new people is fun.

What is the purpose of Skifriendfinder?

We (Ben, Anna, Larissa and Peter) made the site to meet people on the slopes. We had enough days on the slope to realize that meeting people on the slopes was part of the magic. So be in the mountain and meet like minded people.

Is Skifriendfinder a dating site?

Not exactly, but if you meet someone cool who you like and who likes you, we think that’s cool, too.

What do we plan to do with user data?
Nothing. We are into keeping the privacy of all users. And, frankly, we are too busy skiing and snowboarding to do anything with it.

How was Skifriendfinder made?

The site is based off the Joomla project and The Love Factory from Romania. Made in the mountains near Vail, with much love and attention. We love Open Source and the web!

Is there a way to meet the SFF Team?

Yes, if you are in Vail come to the Two Elks Lodge at 2 pm Thursdays (a couple of runs before seeing Phil Long!). Look for peter wearing a jean jacket and a POC helmet. Yes every Thursday 3:40pm at the Red Lion.
